They rarely write negative reviews, but for this particular place, they should.
I visited the clinic a year ago with my wife for a teeth cleaning. For us, it was the first time she went there. I am originally from Greece and have only been living in America for the last two years. I wanted to have a good collaboration and intimacy with specialized dentists.
My wife made an appointment through the employee of the dental office - clinic with the confirmation from her that this clinic is a partner with our insurance.
While we had requested teeth cleaning, in our office you did x-rays, gum recession measurement and panoramic teeth imaging. In my case, the cleaning was incomplete and I had to visit a second time, as I was told to complete it. Also, the gum recession measurement process and the cleaning seemed very painful and tiring to me. The way my teeth were cleaned was suffocating and overall it was a bad experience for me.
Our insurance company informed us of the cost of the cleaning which was over $1500 for both of us. After asking about the percentage we had to pay and the insurance coverage, we were informed that this particular area was not covered or was not covered by our insurance. One reason for the increased cost was the use of special tools, as they informed us.
My question is, shouldn't we have been informed at that time that in order to perform the cleaning we must first have an x-ray and gum measurement, that further tools are needed for the cleaning and that one visit may not be enough?
Finally, we paid $800 for a service that in my opinion was not even worth $100.

This office is very kind and professional. I was impressed by how advanced the office is. They thoroughly examined each of my teeth, taking their time. Always punctual with no long waits. I had to return for treatment, and Dr. Kosta was gentle and amazing. His assistant, Stephanie, was also great she clearly explained all the instructions afterward. A truly professional and outstanding office.

I had such a great experience getting my facial aesthetics treatment and laser peel. Had a terrible infected tooth and this place saw me the same day even moving schedules around for me. Dr S was great. I felt no pain at all. This is the second time I've been here and would definitely recommend and return. Unfortunately I don't have dental insurance so it's not cheap but they are willing to not force unnecessary procedures to increase the bill. Excellent place. Staff are great as well

They are very welcoming and professional from my very first appointment. Dr. Rallis, Luisa, everyone from the front of the office to the back make me feel comfortable and part of their family. I went from covering my smiles with my hands to constantly smiling with an increased self confidence. I recommend the center for smiles to everyone. They treat the mouth as a whole and have higher standards when it comes to oral health.
